about the photographer

Hi everyone and thanx for visiting my website. My name is Marta Trzeciak-Nash and seriously my images stretch as far as I can remember.  I was born in Siedlce, Poland. My love for photography began with spending hours and hours in the bathroom, developing film with my uncle. At the age of 15, I moved to a small town in Canada, St.Thomas and later studied Photography at Fanshawe College. During my studies, I developed a balance of interest in fashion and portraiture. I established steady relationships with hair stylists and make-up artists. I went onto assisting in studios and later worked as the head photographer for a leading studio Glamour Shots. I became a freelancer in 2001 and in 2004 moved to Europe. I lived in Poland and Spain.

I planted my feet in emerald country of Ireland and married a wonderful Irish man. I opened callmarta Foto in 2007 and have been photographing since.
